DMCA Policy

Finderly (https://finderly.site/) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

Our Approach

We aim to publish original content and to use images and other materials only where we have the right to do so. If you believe something on our site has been used without proper permission, we want to hear about it and will review your concern promptly.

Submitting a Copyright Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may send a notice to Contact@finderly.site. To help us review it, please include:

  • Your full name and contact information, including an email address
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The exact URL or location on our website of the material you want reviewed
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

After we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also contact the person who submitted or is responsible for the content, and we may share your notice with them. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. Please include the location of the removed material, a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, your contact information, and your signature. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not take further action within a reasonable period.

Accuracy of Claims

Please make sure your claim is valid before submitting it. Submitting a knowingly false claim may carry legal consequences.

Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate, we may limit or remove access for those who are repeatedly found to infringe the rights of others.
